As I reflected on that day in Kindergarten femininity post pregnancy, I wanted to return to this pregnancy and the birth of my little which marked the end of 2010 and 2011. I suggest a little recap with my articles on pregnancy and its impact on the body and femininity. Obviously, we are not all equal before the pregnancy and do not live the same upheaval. But maybe this experience and testimony may serve and do good to some of you. Just as the events Mum-to-be and the After Party for refueling and share tips with other future / new mothers

After being pampered during pregnancy, after having sometimes uncontrollable cravings for food but also liked this round and voluptuous body, how to gradually regain a woman's figure? We know, our body has changed and nothing will be like a belly ... a little softer, less firm breasts, maybe a scar, brown spots, and especially a severe lack of time and sometimes will. Sometimes it takes a click, a meeting, one being abdominal, a spa that they may have wanted again and enjoy a walk with you.
I never wanted to give up that femininity while I went with "keys". I neglected ever makeup (facial / nail), as to divert attention from this body that put a lot of time to "deflate" and strengthen. And this, from the maternity ward with a beauty kit well stocked ... and even the afternoon when I finally had time to shower, I needed to feel like a woman and see some color on my face. It was a moment of pleasure, never a constraint. For the rest, I'll let you see the articles below.
