I am not one of those girls who lose weight easily. I take against by carefree when I indulge in gluttony. This was the case during my pregnancy. Yes, I know, baby is healthy, that's the main, blah. - Weight loss over a week was not significant (-0.4 kg vs. 1kg Max with this type of program after 8d). But it should be noted that 1) I had "free time" at night 2) it was the week of my birthday so I allowed myself a few desserts in the evening, and a few glasses of wine / champagne. SPORT
I searched and searched and searched for a gym that can integrate a daycare. Like the ones I've seen in Switzerland, Germany, Holland or in England recently. But in Paris, I'm still looking.
One possible solution? The gym stroller. A trainer accompanies a group of mothers with several of their baby in a stroller and go for a one hour session where we will do well work the abs-butt.

I was expecting to lose lots of pounds to motherhood as I had said and I have finally lost the baby weight and a little water (about 5 pounds). I was furious, I was still in almost a decade to lose! Besides my son was born just before Christmas so there was no question of starting a diet immediately.

I took 16 pounds during my pregnancy, I lost 5 to motherhood, and 6 to 1.5 months in the house, just taking up good habits (pregnancy was for me the best excuse to gorge myself) .
So I still have 5 more to lose, but I let myself down in September to look into it, for now I prefer other key issues such as the organization with baby, rest (when possible), make turn home and remotely manage my company ...

I just wanted to respond because for me (2 babies in 2 years including the last two months ago) things were very different .... I am a normal girl. I have not made arrangements during and after my pregnancy, I have neither coach nor as a nanny and all the mums I am overwhelmed between bottles, diapers, machines, shopping, home, 2 children etc. ... so you say I was not able to make one gram of sport nor much poupr me since my birth.
