This Friday, I've been waiting for! Baby being given to his grandparents, I went all calmed discover the new 5 Mondes Spa 5 * Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva, which opened last September. This new high-rise beauty should delight Swiss and French Haute-Savoie, but also many tourists. The Spa has never been so aptly named in this international city.

The Home

Spa 5 Mondes, I tested Opera Paris but also Beau Rivage in Lausanne, but now we enter a whole new dimension with the "SPA". Imagine an area of 1,400 m2 over 2 floors, with starting point a huge bright and calling for the discovery of any of the products displayed at the receiving end. Just installed on the seats, a hot drink you are served, accompanied by a warm hand towel and a very thin and light cuteness. Shortly after, our beauticians come pick us up personally to accompany us into the locker room.

It should be noted that this hotel is meant to be a place to live in Geneva and at the same floor you can find a trendy bar, The FloorTwo (my favorite, with a breathtaking view), a very nice lounge for coffee with friends or a business appointment, a hair salon and nail bright and modern bar, restaurant and so on! And as all this is open to non-residents, it is easy to understand why access throughout the spa is on high surveillance and safely.

The locker room

So back to the locker room. I enjoyed both in the warm decorating equipment. Everything is detail, but that's what makes the difference in the end.

Take for example the comfortable bathrobe which is composed of two materials: sponge outside, soft cotton inside. Or the clear plastic slippers very elegant and very pratiques.Les cotton slippers, I lose and I slip with. Another small detail noticed by my friend who accompanied me in the shower, your towels await you. No need to look for or ask them, they are ready in different sizes on the door.

. For cons, the only downside in this locker room: beauty products available in the shower are those of the hotel (ie Molton Brown) No trace of the brand or five worlds in the shower or near the necessary beauty. . However, I would have loved to coat my body with their tropical balm after showering to prolong this delicious and exotic fun!

The cabin

It struck me as very spacious, especially high ceiling. But also very warm.

Oriental decoration is very successful with a large dark wood furniture and behind a large round mirror a beautiful mosaic.

Care

I chose the youth care face massage 60 minutes "Ko Bi Do" to 175 CHF (135 €).

What I liked:

• the welcome ritual with a water treatment
• the choice of tailor-made products according to the current needs of the skin
• a care-massage on half face, allowing work well the neck, chest and relax deeply
• products very creamy texture and rich
• well supported massage can be very sweet as energizing by stage of care. But as a whole, care has relaxed me a lot.

What I liked least:

• Not being able to see the results of the treatment. Access to the large mirror is not practical and the ice was not designed to be admired.
• A beauty program is provided at the end of treatment with the recommended list of products but also the recommended care for a future visit (!). Damage that samples do not accompany this program to extend the fun at home and want to give back (but it was late and I came as a tester. This may explain this?)

Relaxation

With its large Buddha, the rest room is really an invitation to relaxation and even a nap. Separated by large curtains, wooden recliners are sublime, though impressive!

Is immersed in the sweetness in a warm blanket and under the dim light of a small lamp paper.

We have not tested that day, but there is also a traditional hammam with a room dedicated to scrubs on heated marble tables. And a mint tea is part of the ritual.

VIP services

To be or not to be in Geneva but also in a 5 * hotel, VIP services necessary for the international clientele, business or tourist who has the means to afford these luxurious pleasures.

The guests-only-can benefit from access to large indoor pool, bar and giant beds. It is almost like the Nikki Beach ...

A VIP suite is also available for 2 people with a hydromassage bath, a hammam, two massage tables and a terrace. Here's a picture ...

Enough dreaming, it's time now to convince our beloved for giving us this beautiful Geneva parenthesis in front of the fountain ... But do not ask me the price, I do not know and it does not appear on the map of care! Anyway, as a ring, it should be kept secret, right?
