While many luxury brands have invested leather goods, jewelry remains an area still under-exploited. In their quest for market share, they do not hesitate to launch new collections at relatively affordable prices and to use the muses, as is currently done Chaumet with Lou Doillon.
The thirty link modernizes
The past weekend, I fell, I went to try on the Place Vendome ring Chaumet "Links", created in 1977, when I was born.
This ring is definitely full of symbols, and the first place the bond of love. However, according to the seller, this is not an engagement ring. I agree, I wear very well as ring accessory but wow, what effect! White gold, it illuminates and dress my hand so so elegant without too much overload. I feel like a woman, I feel beautiful and waved my hands in all directions, as if I had to get a French manicure.
I like her, too, but my man is still near 2800euros! It's nice to dream!
It was the first time I tried a jewel on the Place Vendome and I was surprised at the crowd in these shops. Chaumet shop was really crowded, both by local tourists, young and more senior. The clientele is varied and sellers are well trained not to rely too much on appearances and serve every need while in the past the shop was divided into two according to the level of social class customers!
The latter embodies the vintage spirit and brings modernity and lightness to the new version of "Links", called "First Links" that can be worn as casually as chic.
I found this charming ring but a little "good girl."
The superposition of three gold is much more fanciful, like wearing the ring count. Well done!
